Mondays Workout
Good Morning!
Just stopping by to share a little about my workout yesterday. My sister and I got our kids off to school yesterday morning, ran some errands and then off to the gym! We walked about a mile, then my little guy decided he didnt want to hang out in the play area anymore so …. we took him swimming.
Today I am not sure I will make it to the gym because I have a ton of laundry to catch up on (darn housewife duties) and then my oldestĀ son is being seen by an allergist later today.
Actually the working out is making my body feel a bit more relaxed and rested. As if the working out is making me able to rest more once I am actually able to sit down for the day. Its helped me rest more at night and made me feel a lot better all around!
I worked out on the stair stepper a little bit (not much because it kills me lol). I do plan on working myself up to using that again along with some other things. I wouldnt mind swimming laps some too. The track we walk is 18 laps for one mile. Ive been doing between 20-25 laps and could do more if my youngest son was cooperating better. Its just going to take some time to get him used to me being away from him for a few while I workout.
So how are you doing on your workout?
Ps … if I dont get to the gym I will probably do some step aerobics on the Wii Fit ![]()

Like any physical exercise, before you start stretching, you need to do some warm-up workouts. You have to perform at building up your body temperature, with some light aerobic workouts as soon as you achieve the fitness center. This will have long lasting results on your bodybuilding.
