On a more personal level, things for me the past several years have been a bit of a struggle. From going through a divorce to my first husband to being a young woman losing my father to colon cancer, there have been many things in life that I have had to face and overcome.

You are probably wondering, why I am telling you this? But the truth is those trials that I went through, those life changing experiences actually made me who I am today and believe it or not helped me decide my calling in life.

After losing my father to cancer I became very withdrawn. I felt guilty if I laughed, if I smiled. I basically just existed and done only the things that I had to in order to survive. Then one day … something life changing happened. As I was sitting there something came into my heart and made me hear “Rhonda, your kids need you just as bad as you needed your dad”. From that moment my life changed. I knew from that moment on that my life had to change. I had no choice but to get up, and move forward.

That’s when I began to do some soul searching. From there I realized that living a happy, simple life was actually very easy to do. In fact it was much easier than I thought it would ever be. It was in my heart the whole time but I just hadn’t listened. I began to realize how important my blessings around me where, it allowed me to become more thankful and all of my feelings of sadness, being withdrawn, not being successful began to fade away. I truly transformed into a totally different person on the inside. I finally allowed myself to be the person that I wanted to be.

I had a certain vibe that must have been set off when speaking to other women because I began to have women asking me for advice, for help in certain areas of their lives. This is when I began to realize my passion, and that this was truly what I was suppose to be doing.

I have always had a love for motivation, and leadership for other women. But it wasn’t until recently that I realized my true calling was to help others see their beauty, to see the simplicity of living a happy life and transforming their lives! I have the desire to help women and moms live simpler more fulfilling lives and have abundance around them. That’s when my brand was born.
